Quality Assurance

Every supplier meets our verification requirements.

We deliberately over-verify in the early phase. Lower initial volume is acceptable in exchange for supplier reliability. One failed shipment destroys buyer trust permanently — our verification process exists to prevent that outcome.

Supplier Audit List
  • Company registration & legal status
  • Export history & transaction record
  • Quality certifications (commodity-specific)
  • Financial stability indicators
  • Cross-referenced buyer & peer references
Guardrails

Strict regulatory guardrails. No exceptions.

Incoterm Enforcement

AfterYield mandates defined shipping terms (e.g., CIF Destination Port). The supplier bears responsibility for goods insurance and vessel loading.

Mandatory Insurance

Marine and cargo insurance is priced into every quotation. AfterYield's service fee does not cover uninsured cargo loss.

Regulatory Adherence

Shipments are not cleared for loading without verified compliance with destination import requirements — SFDA for Saudi Arabia, ESMA for UAE, and equivalent bodies across the GCC. For livestock, veterinary and quarantine certifications must be confirmed by third-party inspection prior to the final 70% release upon verification in the pipeline tracker.

Zero-Tolerance Quality

Supplier verification standards are non-negotiable. We accept reduced early-stage volume in exchange for transaction reliability.
